      Avantages

      I enjoy the people that I work with. Good compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      The projects and technology are not that exciting. Lots of people are involved in a program and you sometimes feel that you are lost. Hard to transition to other positions. Not sure if there are opportunities for advancement.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
