      Wide variety of projects; International exposure (US, Western-Europe, Central Europe, Middle East); Direct link of own work with final result/impact; Focus is on solving a complex business challenge with the right design & tech; 90% of projects are green-field starting with an MVP build within a larger context

      Inconvénients

      High pressure work with fast iteration cycles (but not a sweatshop to burn people out!)

      Avantages

      Relatively good salary and bonus, good healthcare provider, good benefits (Wolt card, etc., geart office.

      Inconvénients

      Unpredictable and usually very short projects, so you have to used to rapid changes.
