      Avantages

      Super informative recruitment process. Kaitlin was a huge help with preparing me for my interview. My interview was all really smooth and the team was great

      Inconvénients

      There were some delays in me getting my official offer as the director was on annual leave but Kaitlin kept me updated and assured the whole time

      Avantages

      Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

      Inconvénients

      Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
