      Avantages

      So far the company has been extremely lenient and understanding with my disability and accommodations and needs. It feels like they truly care about our well-being and work-life balance and are willing to support that to the best of their abilities. They offer mental health programs and provide 12 free sessions each year which has proven to be extremely helpful when looking for providers. I’ve also been able to make use of natural disaster assistance when my home was struck by a tornado. They truly care about their employees and that’s a rare find.

      Inconvénients

      Position can be stressful and repetitive. You don’t get to stay comfortable in a lower level tier if you’re a good salesperson, they will move you up and continue to challenge you.

      Avantages

      Fast-paced, high-intensity environment where expectations are set high and that drives genuine performance. I've learned a lot here and I'm hopeful to spend more years helping shape the direction of the business. Smart people, real ownership, and the kind of work that pushes you to grow.

      Inconvénients

      Operations are running lean while the goals stay ambitious. AI is reshaping how we work, but the tooling isn't quite mature enough yet to carry the load it eventually will. Until it catches up, teams can feel stretched.

      Avantages

      I am able to be my best self in the environment I work in. I am encouraged to ask questions and come up with solutions to problems - often the identification of a problem doesn't have a clearly prescribed solution - My leadership allows me to be proactive and come up with more ideal solutions than 'just what works'.

      Inconvénients

      This is a large company, and mileage may vary. Bringing your best self should be a requirement for all positions in all companies.
