Avantages
Wonderful co-workers (centre managers) who all share a similar ethos. Witnessing growth in children is the biggest motivation to keep going each day.
Inconvénients
No motivation to hit company goals. -Monthly performance meetings are 5% praise for hitting all monthly goals, 95% criticism on shortcomings, despite running a growing, successful centre. - NO BONUSES . No bonuses available. Same basic annual pay rise is given to managers who do a fraction of the work compared to others. Next to no individual recognition. I slack off once I reach the minimum as there is no benefit to doing more than is asked of you. Job Searching - 2 calendar month notice period has made job hunting tricky. Keep this in mind.
