      Avantages

      Work is not strenuous. Double time still exists. Not a job that technology can take over. Union. Good and bad. Upper management Engineers.

      Inconvénients

      Union. As a whole is okay. But caters to lazy mf. Cliques formed from coworkers at other companies. Lots of nepotism. Middle management sucks. Not the dream job from 5 yrs ago. Turnover lead to ZB employees. It's trending the same way THAT company went.
