Nice benefits and some of the people were really lovely. I felt that I was paid fairly at the time.

Wow. This could be a long list…the cronyism was thick in this place. If you aren’t one of them, you’re dirt. My supervisor was poorly trained and was not interested in becoming trained. She was a lovely person who was in over her head. I was relied upon to do my job and hers. When she left, I wasn’t offered her job. My guess is because I didn’t take any malarkey off of anyone.
The CEO was very moody. He’d be nice sometimes then horrible to you to the point I cried a lot in the toilets and on the bus home. A plumber was threatening to thrash him for his behaviour.
HR was the worst. When I handed in my notice I was immediately given garden leave so I’d be quiet.
