Each day is different and most will learn more here in a year than anywhere else in 5 years. Also great work-life balance compared to traditional agency life!

Small enough that it's impossible to hide and not be a producer (which is only a bad thing for some) so it's imperative each individual brings a lot of energy and brain-power to each project. Very fast-paced, meeting heavy days, and tight deadlines make it difficult for some work styles to adjust to.
