Avantages
They talk a good game in the beginning. Promises a higher position helping the employee's and clients. The owner says he wants to help, says he is open to different opinions. Very helpful to the Vietnamese community (almost exclusively their only clients).
Inconvénients
Too many to fully enumerate. The owner's actions don't match up with his words. He says he wants to help but doesn't follow through. There is no incentive programs, no effective trainings for new hires, and very low work life balance. Their clinical implementation of ABA practices are the equivalent of throwing pencils at the ceiling to see what sticks. There is no curriculum, no standardized assessments, and no structured job requirements for any level in the company. The happiness of their clients is more important than their employees. They have an abnormally high turn over rate for their employees than is typical for an industry with an already high turn over rate.
