Avantages
ADP offers pretty good benefits at a fairly reasonable price.
Inconvénients
This company is stuck in the 90's from the services and software it provides, to the environment it provides, to the management style from the lowest to highest managers. ADP has a pretty obvious age divide. You will find people in their early-mid 20's, and then a gap until you get into the mid 30's. They cannot recruit young talent because of the old corporate they have. Old policies, old ideas, old hierarchy. Most often the younger people who are hired completely outpace the "tenured" employees but never get promotions because they haven't been around long enough.
