Avantages
- Fairly good benefits and 401k - Great compensation, given my own experience in healthcare and corporate roles - Interesting products, technology and area of care - Highly knowledgeable team mates
Inconvénients
- Lots of travel (big territory for myself, need to drive and travel by plane) - Short amounts of time spent at each site (time of procedure, need to move at another site the day after / same week) - On-site job (no remote opportunity) - Sometimes need to urgently support with consumables from own trunk stock = travel - Long stand-by times: surgery prep time, surgeons not always available for quick chat prior surgery or on lunch time - guess it’s OR rep life - Being dependant of territory manager’s cues on where to go, not that much of autonomy - Torn between implementing valuable but not life dependant products/therapy and strict healthcare budgets
