Avantages
I'm keeping it to the three most important ones: 1. Product has a huge potential, even world-class in terms of capabilities and quality. From Sales point of view, lots of opportunity. - Never knew a company where there's so much emphasis on letting you grow in your role. Coaching, outside mentoring, the right tools,... everything is available. It's amazing - Ideas, suggestions, anything you think about on how to help the company grow is met with feedback, brainstorming and even implementation. You feel like you're part of the Board - and you get the appreciation.
Inconvénients
Only thing I can say is this: you have to be self-starting in this environment (I'm talking from a Sales point of view). But that's start-up life IMO. In that sense, Ambassify (in its acceleration trajectory) is no different from another start-up. But even today, there's a tremendous amount of effort being put in onboarding plans and structuring the organisation. The inconveniences (which every company has at this growth-stage) are met with understanding, respect and action. So maybe I should've put that last one in the 'positives' section above as well?
