Avantages
- Good salary range -Good Work/Life balance with Home office for most part of employees -The company is very careful about Healthy work environment with a lot of respect among employees -HR is particularly attentive to ensuring that respect and communication work well - Product vision very interesting -CEO vision -Profitable company -Very Nice colleagues
Inconvénients
-The PMs would benefit from listening a bit more to the reality on the ground - Not for juniors, need of experienced people in IT to understand the core value of the solution and to talk with C-Level.
