- Management and HR are really working on optimising the salary package - The partners are easy to talk to and are attentive to your well-being in the company - Continuous learning - Startup mindset - Transparency
Inconvénients
- As they are not hundreds of projects to work on, you generally don't have much choice on which project you are working on - Struggle to hire experienced profiles - Startup mindset : for some people it might be a + and for others a -. You are required to get involved in the company project.
