Inconvénients
- They don't pay you for overtime over 40 hours. Even if you work overtime, they discreetly take away the hours over 40 (example: they add breaks, they shorten your days to reach 40 hours on Square). - They put a lot of pressure on you to upsell. You risk getting fired at any moment if your figures aren't what they expect (more than $12 per person). You're constantly having to offer extras for coffee and empanadas. -They are dishonest liars who hire 90% undocumented workers so they can rip them off. -They sometimes make us change locations on our breaks, without paying for transport. - They upgrade you as a "leader" but you only get paid $1 more per hour. With much more responsibility, pressure and overtime (which they'll never pay you for).
