      Avantages

      Great advantage was to be part of small proactive team, and to learn a lot.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes lot of useless political games were happening for nothing. specially from headquarters us teams.

      Autonomye within the local team, ready to support each other (whatever whatever is decided at headquarter)

      Inconvénients

      The glory days are behind them and the current CEO doesn't seem to know what is going on. Pay was ok. But other 3D printing companies are out pacing them with new technologies.
