Function

Your role as a Student Prevention

You will support the prevention team with administrative tasks and the follow-up of projects. In doing so, you will work closely with the team and have the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience within a professional working environment.

Your branch package

• Performing administrative tasks, following up and processing documents and emails.
• Follow-up of projects within Integral Safety.
• Preparing reports and providing support for reporting.
• Analyzing the purchasing policy.

Profile

Who you are

• You work accurately and in a structured way with an eye for detail.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• You are eager to learn and pick up new systems quickly.
• You work independently, meet deadlines and follow clear processes.
• You are administratively strong and digitally skilled.
