The Role

As our Senior Project Manager, you are the conductor of the MegaCool symphony.

You will own the entire lifecycle of our customer projects:

  • From the initial generative design phase
  • To global hardware delivery
  • To deployment of our digital twin solution

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you will synchronize our:

  • R&D teams
  • Operations
  • Supply Chain

To ensure our liquid cooling solutions move from concept to server rack at lightning speed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Cross-Functional Projects

Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring our Smartfins designs transition seamlessly from CFD/Generative modeling to physical hardware.

Connect R&D, Supply Chain & Operations

Act as the connective tissue between teams, helping unblock technical hurdles and drive aggressive milestones.

Oversee Prototyping & Quality Control

Manage critical prototyping and laboratory validation phases to ensure every cold plate meets performance standards before scaling.

Provide Technical Guidance

Act as a technical "sanity check" for project milestones, quality control steps, and engineering decisions across R&D and Supply Chain.

Deploy the Digital Twin Solution

Lead integration and deployment of our Digital Twin solution at customer sites, ensuring hardware is supported by real-time data and predictive intelligence.

Manage Strategic Partner Relationships

Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier-1 partners, translating technical progress into confidence-building milestones and transparent updates.

What You Bring

CFD & Thermal Understanding

Strong foundational understanding of:

  • Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
  • Thermal management

You can interpret simulation data and ask the right technical questions.

Testing & Validation Experience

Hands-on experience with:

  • Physical testing
  • Quality control
  • Laboratory validation protocols

Deep-Tech Project Leadership

Experience leading complex hardware or deep-tech projects from inception to deployment.

You understand how to navigate the "valley of death" between prototype and shipped product.

Cross-Functional Communication

Comfortable speaking the language of:

  • Thermal engineers
  • Software developers
  • Manufacturing leads

Stakeholder Management

Proven experience managing high-stakes projects with multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.

Startup Mindset

You thrive in lean environments that value:

  • Rapid prototyping

Nice to Have
