IT Support Engineer (Graduate Programme)
Location: Kontich, Belgium
Contract: Permanent, Full time (40h/week)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Your Responsibilities

As an IT Support Engineer, you will:

• Provide friendly and professional phone and email support, including handling reclamations and recording technical complaints
• Deliver technical troubleshooting support to both customers and field colleagues
• Support customers with remote installations and system configurations
• Manage service orders with a focus on fast turnaround times
• Handle product returns, billing of installation orders, and assist with invoice-related queries
• Coordinate and schedule field technicians, ensuring clear timelines and efficient planning
• Maintain high-quality communication with both customers and internal teams
• Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who want to grow into software or advanced technical roles.

You bring:

• A Professional Bachelor’s degree in IT (or similar), or equivalent experience (approx. 5 years in technical support)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• General understanding of technical systems and product environments
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to plan and coordinate technician schedules effectively

Nice to have:

• Experience in the medical device sector
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Basic networking knowledge
• Language Requirements
• Fluent Dutch (essential)
• Professional English (daily working language)
• French is a strong advantage in the Belgian market
