Executive, General Ledger

You are responsible for all tasks related to General Ledger and Audit, such as preparing and compiling full set of management account for audit purpose for Serai Group of companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities and procedures relating to financial management;
  • Assist Chief Accountant in preparation of Group Cash Flow report by weekly basis;
  • Assist Chief Accountant in preparing monthly Profit & Loss Statement for level outlets and Balance Sheet Statement for level companies.
  • Assist Chief Accountant in responding to inquiries from management team regarding financial status result and inconsistencies to reconciliation;
  • Review all monthly financial schedule and bank reconciliation within timeline and assisting to resolve the irreconcilable items timely and accurately;
  • Review all accounting entries and financial statements accurately every month end closing;
  • Assist to perform internal control procedures for day to day financial, accounting and administrative records, in order to ensure all related internal documentation are in order;
  • Assist in maintaining of all matters related to the update of accounts and banking matters for outlets;
  • Assist Chief Accountant in the preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting;
  • Prepare finale reconciliation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cashflow with advice from Chief Accountant for every accounting period for Audit purpose;
  • Assist Chief Account to prepare final full set of Management Account for audit purpose.
  • Supervise other finance staffs and provide guidance as and when required;
  • Weekly update on receiving document status from outlets

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
  • Background finance in F&B industry
  • Experience integration with multiple system
  • Experience in managing full set of accounts
  • Basic knowledge of corporate tax
  • Basic knowledge of consolidated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
