Customer Service Team Agent

BASIC FUNCTION

Act as a main point of contact to customers thru inbound and/or outbound calls.

Accurately respond and attend to customer queries, concerns, complaints, etc.

Record all necessary information related to customer concern for resolution.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Respond to inbound calls to call center.

2. Conduct outbound/reminder calls to customers on repair status

3. Handle 1 st level customer complaints

4. Manage webchat and email correspondence

5. Perform 1 st level troubleshooting for technical related inquiries

6. Consumables processing

a. Checking of shared folders of head office and regional

offices/branches for toner request (consumables)

b. Encoding of toner request in system

c. Posting of toner request in system

d. Monitoring of toner request in system until invoiced

7. Quality Assurance (via phone call and emails)

REQUIREMENTS:

 With a Bachelor’s Degree in any course/Senior High School Graduate

 Computer Literate

 With Good Communication Skills

Pay: Php695.00 per day

Work Location: In person
