ASSEMBLY OPERATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To study, read, and understand the schematic diagrams, blueprints, product manuals, process documents, and gather information regarding its parts, fixtures, tools, etc.

2. To set up, arrange, and operate equipment as per the specifications and instructions from the supervisor

3. To assemble parts or components

4. To perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is formed in accordance with the specifications

5. To maintain and update the results related to various tests and inspection procedures conducted regarding the product specification

6. To make sure that all the parts assemble and other processes are progressing at the given time

7. To monitor, maintain, and repair the equipment as per the requirements

8. Perform high precision calibration and advanced adjustments using testing instruments.

9. Develop assembly and test procedures to promote production of quality products.

10. Monitor the functioning of all equipment and report any problems or substandard condition to the supervisor.

11. Perform equipment assembly according to engineering drawings.

12. Perform cleaning of all parts as per established cleaning procedures.

13. Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products.

14. Ensure accurate update of ERP data and that job is checked in and out.

15. Perform in-line inspection based on Quality Control Inspection Sheet.

16. Any other task as assigned by Superior.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
