I had the opportunity to participate in two interviews with the LEGO group. Unfortunately, both interview experiences were quite disheartening. It appears that the company's selection of interviewers might not always be optimal. During the initial interview, both individuals distinctly conveyed their annoyance at my recruitment by the hiring manager rather than applying for the position independently. This implies that LEGO, being a large corporation, might prefer candidates to approach them rather than the other way around. In both instances, I found myself having to generate most of the interview questions rather than being asked. In my second interview, it was evident that the interviewer hadn't thoroughly reviewed my CV, as she was unaware of my current employment status. Such instances were truly disappointing, especially considering the reputation and stature of a company as prominent and beloved as LEGO.
