2nd round with hiring manager, pretty standard as well, conversational and insightful, good to go in with specific questions about the role.
Depending on how well the 2nd interview went 3rd interview will be panel style with 2 current people in the role and 1 person in a collaborative role. More of a culture fit interview style but like any professional interview research and tailored questions for each person goes a long way.
