Phone interview, then on site interview for roughly 4 hours at Oudenaarde. The whole interview process consisted of four different interviews. The first was more general with the standard interview questions and also more of an explanation of the job. The second was a technical one and the third was with HR, the fourth one was with the program manager. Asked about the projects in resume, simple questions about analog design. Took the site tour and had lunch at the restaurant. People are very helpful.
