Entretien
The company has a very organized and structured HR hiring procedure. I was first contacted through an email (after 3 weeks) to schedule a phone screening. I was then invited for an in-person interview that had a one-on-one interview with the Hiring Manager and then followed by a panel interview with 3 members of the department team.
My interview with the hiring manager was great. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and asked follow up questions. On the other hand, the panel interview was straight forward with behavioral questions, BUT was so dry and awkward. It was such an awkward interview because they did not asked follow up questions and did not seem interested to actually learn about my qualifications. (all they did was take notes) Also, I'm applying for an internship position, which means I'm a student and I don't have a lot of experience- I had a difficult time relating to half of the behavioral questions- maybe situational questions may have worked better?

Tell us about a time when you had to deal with an unexpected external change that affected your event/project.
The interview process was smooth, consisting of 2 rounds. It started with an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a technical assessment. The next round involved a meeting with the hiring manager.
The questions focused on technical skills, and the interviewers were professional. The process took approximately 2 weeks, and communication from the company was clear.
Overall, the experience was neutral, and I did not receive an offer.

I applied onsemi online at the beginning of Feb. After around one week, the hr sent me a form to fill. After one week, hr set up a manger interview for me. I am waiting for it...

Entretien
Technical interview after an initial phone screen. The interview was tough but manageable. The hr rep initially reached out to me and eventually the technical recruiter did. The interview was hard.
