Online application, followed by small group interview at the store I had chosen to apply to. There was a group of about 15 candidates. The best action is to speak up and stand out during this. After this, there is a one on one with the store manager, in my case, the manager from the group interview was also present.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
