Entretien
The initial interview requires you to speak in complete english, any other language is not allowed. It is quite easy, they will ask you to introduce yourself, and will ask you follow up questions so the conversation can keep going. I think it's all about fluency and coherence. The final interview is harder, they will still ask you to introduce yourself, but there will be technical questions after regarding their telecommunication and their company. The interviewers I encountered are all kind and friendly.
I like that it was virtual so you didn't have to leave the comfort of your home. Saves on passage which is a plus when your a job seeker with minimal funds

Entretien
First is, I apply thru email. And after that I received call from one of their agent, we proceed to first initial interview and after if I passed the initial, they will call me again for the second time and asked me if I am able to go for another final interview through on site or through phone call again.

Entretien
I went to their office and had my initial interview. It took about 2hrs before I got to the final interview. I managed to answer all the question though I got nervous and had a hard time but still got a chance.
