3 step interview process: 1. Interview with the co-founder 2. Mix of critical thinking and technical assessment 3. One-hour interview with the CEO and one of the senior developers. Overall, the process is very clear. The interviewer was very friendly and professional and unlike most companies, you get feedback every step of the way regardless of the outcome which is really nice. Overall, had a very positive experience.
