The process was very casual. Not too intense with questions. There were some "what if" type questions where you knew they were looking for a particular answer. Also, there was only one interview. Once the interview was complete, I received a call within a few days with a offer.

Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
