Phone interview and online tech assessment. Phone interview was easy. They sought me out; I didn’t apply. The tech assessment had nothing to do with my skill set or interests. They didn’t give me any meaningful feedback, even though the tech assessment took several hours.

There were 3 tech rounds and a HR round LLD, Coding, System design was covered. One focus area per round. Interviews were very smooth and feedback is instant. Recruiter was very supportive and made sure that the entire process to be completed in a short span of time. Interviewers were open to different approaches and had more clarity on the problem's scope. Strong understanding on your previous projects was expected.
