what did they ask in 1st round online test through HireVue?

Theme of Hackathon varies every week. Mine is a coding challenge of expression evaluation. And it was about 2 hrs. Also I came to know that they may ask you to develop a game or web/android application. And its instructions would be different. They only consider the approach you followed, not the completion. I am pretty sure, if you have 4 yeras or below they can reject you for no reason even though u perform well.

 1.facebook smileys balance
2. how many ways you nth staircase. Given you can take only one or two steps at a time.
