Before I even got to speak to an HR rep or recruiter or even do a pre-recorded video call, they sent me a timed assessment test that had SAT type questions NOT related at all to customer success and it took an hour out of my time, before I even know anything about the company. Two things, it’s a two way street guys, I would prefer to have spoke with someone beforehand to at least see if what the position entails aligns with my needs before I take an hour out of my life. I felt like I was in high school taking a damn SAT test, actually it equals worse than the SATS, I would’ve prefer to have taken them. who do they think they are? This was not relevant at all to customer success. Very negative experience. This left a very bad taste in my mouth bc they clearly do not care about if you’re a good fit. This is more about how well you take a test. NOT real life guys, especially for someone going out for a senior position in a customer facing role. DO better! Oh and I NEVER right reviews here but this had to be said
