Short, not professional. It seemed a normal call with a Friend, I was expecting a different situation than the one I got.
I think in a serious company, the H.R process is more efficient and formal than the one I got.

Entretien
It was very transparent. Very honest and straightforward. Fun conversation with people who know what they are talking about. Basic knowledge questions that everyone can reply to if he has a growth mindset and is ready to work hard.

Entretien
The interview process was clear and easy. However, the compensation package given at the end is very confusing and doesn't seem too attractive. Doesn't seem to be too much support when it comes to relocating to UAE.
