A quick fire telephone interview. Know what they want, and fit that mould. If you have the hunger for success and you are very money motivated show it. The key is to sound confident, be memorable and sound like you really want the job.
If you reach the assessment centre, there is another quick interview. Make eye contact, be passionate about the role and make yourself stand out from the other candidates.
Thank you for your interview, we wish you the best of luck with your career at deVere Group

Terrible and disrespectful.
Before the session the senior called and advised to talk about interests of the CEO such as bitcoin and football which is weird.
The "interview" was conducted by a Q&A session with the CEO but with around 25 other candidates, as warned before that we should not ask HR kind of questions, that did not stop a majority of people asking such questions. The session ended without a chance to even ask a question.

Very good. Had a zoom call and explained the role and what it will entail. I was then asked some questions and asked why I’m suitable for the role. Very good and thorough interview.

I was contacted directly by their recruiter, and being an open-minded person I decided to give the interview a go. First part was to watch an 18-minute pitch on who they are and answer some questions. A little unusual but giving them the benefit of the doubt, I skimmed the video and wrote up a few paragraphs, easy enough. The next day, a different recruiter responds (definitely a conveyor belt feel to it now), this time telling me in a snobby way to "sell myself" in a video pitch and send it through within 24 hours! At this point alarm bells started to ring, so I looked up their reviews on Glassdoor and oh my. Explains why they didn't make any mention of a starting salary, since apparently there's none.
To fellow graduates - no respectable recruiter will be giving you a 24-hour deadline on a Saturday in the kind of bossy wording that seems to be standard in this company (judging from the reviews). At that stage, they should still be trying to get you to buy into the opportunity, not giving you some ridiculous ultimatum. If that's how they treat people who don't even work there, turn around and run in the opposite direction! And just to go Malta on holiday, seems the cheaper option lol.
They are obviously banking on people being desperate (easy to find in times of Covid), or very new to the world of work. Fortunately I can hold onto my current job until I see something genuinely career-advancing - which this clearly is not.
