Recruiter reached out after applying online. Process was very quick. Very abrupt handling and was too impersonal. Didn't seem like they were particularly concerned about candidate experience just yet. It was pretty much a quick call with the hiring manager who wasn't necessarily interested in learning about one's experience.
HR sends an email asking for time to talk. I provide a time slot and she sends me a confirmation only to ghost on me on the interview day.

None asked because chose not to call after the initial email asking for time to talk. Disgusting. Tells a lot about the company and the way the treat prospective employees.
