I was asked a number of questions (see below). Be prepared to solve a 'mini case' of some sort. The people were really nice, friendly, funny and did not at all seem stressed. After the phone interview, they promised to get back to me within a week. The University Relations managers sit together once a week to discuss their candidates. Then they get back to you. It took them only a few days to get back to me.

Applied in January, and received email about arranging a first-round interview in March. Smooth process overall.
