The recruiter reached out to schedule an interview and never responded after I sent my availability, followed by several follow up emails from me. I later received an automated email from Zoom thanking me for going through the interview process stating they "have enjoyed the opportunity to get to know you better." This was followed by a request to submit feedback about my interview experience. An email thanking me for my time and saying they enjoyed getting to know me better when no one actually spoke with me is pretty insensitive. Recruiting gets 0/5 stars in my book.
