They recruit via LinkedIn. No cover-letter required. The process took two months, and two in-person panel discussions. Very conversational. Didn't disclose the position I was interviewed for was until I received an offer.

I felt like the conversations and questions were fine alone. Typical questions you would ask someone with 3 years of experience. The one issue is that they had me do 4 interviews in 6 days and then ghosted me. I understand if it doesn't work out, but after giving hours of my time on short notice to not even be denied, is simply off-putting. Turns out it was likely not a fit after all.
