Apparently we are solving their internal tasks as candidates.
I got the first pre-screen call for the role "Technical Product Manager" and then I got rejected.
3 days later, I got invited for an interview with the head of product which I learnt from him and I found it a good interview. Then, they sent me a Technical-business case to solve. I worked 2 days on that and sent my presentation which was beyond what they have asked for. I got rejected in this process with a non-technical short feedback from them.
Couple days later, I was again considered for another "Product Manager" role and I was supposed to meet with an upper management person for 90 mins, as the last round. After a week, I got to know I had to do solve another business case (which was easier than the first one to me). I agreed and solved the second assessment, as well. Then, I rejected in the process for the third time with no feedbacks given.
The cases they are asking you to solve are taking more than a day; to solve and making the presentation. Giving detailed feedbacks to candidates at this stage and the reason to reject them, is the least compensation for the time they put on such business cases to solve.

I had a positive interview experience with Zensurance. Jemima was fantastic to coordinate with. The hiring process involved the usual steps: an initial HR round, a hiring manager interview, and a case study. While my case study was not selected, they provide feedback on their decision. If your resume is selected, expect a fast and fair interview process.

Recruiter had reached out initially to schedule a quick phone screen. Following that, there was supposed to be a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager. On the day of the interview, recruiter reached out to cancel it and said that the position has been filled.
Really poor communication on their part and left me hanging till the last moment
