J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zensar Technologies (Pune) en janv. 2026
Entretien
Round 1 – Technical (Hiring Manager + Team Member) - virtual
Focused on .NET fundamentals and cloud computing basics. Well-structured, professional, and went smoothly. No complaints about this round.
Round 2 - General Discussion as per Talent HR
This round was billed by HR as a general/HR discussion, but it turned out to be a full technical round with zero warning. I could have prepared better if I’d known, but that’s not even the main issue.
The interviewer was rude, impatient, and showed poor professional etiquette throughout. Instead of trying to understand what I could bring to the role, the focus seemed entirely on firing off as many questions from their own area of expertise as possible — with little regard for a fair or respectful evaluation.
This was, hands down, the worst interview experience I’ve had. It genuinely affected my mental peace for a few days afterward, which says a lot about how the interview was conducted.
Advice to Management:
• Make technical rounds remote/recorded so conduct can be reviewed.
• Have HR stay on the call during technical rounds to prevent this kind of unprofessional behavior.
• Be upfront with candidates about the actual format of each round — don’t disguise technical rounds as casual discussions.
• Train interviewers on basic interview etiquette; a smart evaluator can still assess skill without being disrespectful.
