Applied in-store, asked to speak to a manager, provided resume and received an on-the-spot quick interview. A couple of days later, I was called to schedule an in-person interview.

Why do you want to work for Zara? What are the upcoming fashion trends? Who are your fashion inspirations? Explain a positive experience I've had with a customer.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
