Phone screening. Ok. Called in to meet Zankou head. Arrived to interview, he stated he had important call and would come back. Never came back. Followed up with numerous emails. Company ghosted. This position has been on the market since March 2018. Advice: Research this Company before applying.

The interview process took about 2 weeks starting with a phone screen and an online exam following it. The online exam was mostly personality and logic based questions. I got called in to interview at their offices. The questions were very interesting and professional and designed to test your knowledge. If you did not have experience you would not be able to answer well enough. They follow up with lots of questions too. I could tell they were extremely selective and eventually told them I wouldn't be a fit although I love the food. The young lady and CEO or owner of the company interviewing me were very honest and understanding and very nice.. wanted me to be happy with the company as well as me being the best person for them. They thanked me for my time and gave me some water for my drive back home. It was a good experience.
