The initial test has 4 sections, no negative marking, limited time for each section and a minimum number of mandatory attempts per section. This is the simplest of the process and is perfectly easy to clear. After that, there is a group discussion. HR people were pleasant during the GD round even though the candidates were creating quite some pandemonium.
