Recruiter initially reached out to me about the position and had me apply online
Round 1: 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter to go over my background/resume and interest in the role/ZS
Round 2: two 30 minute phone interviews. 1st one is a screen share case study. is a market sizing scenario and then it breaks down the market into different segments and you analyze which one the client should target. 2nd is a behavioral interview with standard questions like an example of conflict on a team and how it was resolved, a time you failed, etc.
Round 3: in person superday with 4 interviews. 1st was another 30 minute behavioral/experience interview. 2nd was a case where you are given information to analyze and create a presentation in 60 minutes and then present it to two interviewers for 30 minutes. they purposefully give you an overwhelming amount of material to sift through. recommend skim reading a lot of it trying to pick out the actual important pieces and not get stuck in the random details as I didn't have as much time as I wanted to work on the presentation itself. 3rd interview was just more informational with a consultant walking me through a typical project and answering more of the "a day in the life of" questions. 4th was another case study but not structured like the 2nd rounds. More open ended.

I had a disappointing experience with one of the company’s recruiters. She mentioned that she had called me three times using a technology-based calling service, but I never received any of those calls. When I asked politely if there was another way we could connect—such as using a direct phone number or perhaps a video service (i.e. Zoom/Teams/Google Meets)—she declined to offer alternatives and instead closed out my application.
This approach felt unnecessarily rigid and unprofessional. Technical issues can happen, and candidates should be given a fair chance to engage in the process. A recruiter’s role is to facilitate communication, and the unwillingness to do so reflects poorly on the company’s hiring practices and overall candidate experience.

They included three rounds all in one day: one case, one unstructured case, and one behavioral interview. All very straightforward. Heard back very quickly once interviews were completed. Overall and good experience.
