J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez ZOOM International (Nashville, TN)

      Entretien

You meet with various people (in-person) on the team as well as the owner Brian and have 30 - 60 minute conversations. The overall interview experience was a few hours and was in the morning. My experience with the managers on the team were great. Connected very well with everyone and was excited about working at Zoom. Then I met with the Owner and my whole opinion changed. He berated me for not bring in a printed resume, which the staffing agency said I didn't need because they sent him one. He had me pull up my phone and email it to him sitting there so he could print out. Then he proceeded to hound me on my resume and wouldn't get off a job I had for a few months that was years ago when I first entered the work force. The questions he asked were too personal for an interview and I felt very uncomfortable. At times, I wanted to get up and end the interview. I would't recommend my worst enemy or closet friend for this company due to my experience with the owner. I'm happily employed as a manager at another company with a team of 5+ people. Treat all people interviewed with respect and you won't loose out on good employees.

First and foremost, I'd like to personally apologize for you feeling uncomfortable in any way. It's true that we ask unconventional questions because we view every person that we add as a professional family member. Regardless, you have our most humble apology for feeling uncomfortable and would welcome your feedback to improve our interview process. Congratulations on the new position of employment and much success for you and your career.
