Overall, very pleasant and friendly, no pressure whatsoever and extremely positive people. The process consists of standard steps: skype interview with HR, then you get a test task and one week for completion. If everything goes well - several 1:1 skype interviews with the team and a final onsite interview in Helsinki. In my case, the full process took less than 1 month, the feedback was almost instant and if I had any questions - they always tried to explain everything in the most detailed fashion. One of the best interview experiences I've ever had.

Question 1
Most questions were about various business problems and cases and how to approach and solve them using data, how to cooperate with the team, deliver results, make decisions, etc. Technical questions were generally omitted as they were tested in the home task.

Entretien
First was interviewed by recruiter. It went fine then I was given an assignment to do. It was pretty easy. Then I was contacted for an interview with data analytics team leader . It took almost an hour. He mostly asked about my experiences. At some point I've noticed that they are looking for someone who is data engineer ,analyst,scientist at the same time. I was asked about things that were not even mentioned in the job description like ETL, cleaning data and so on! I wasn't asked about any ML skills or modelling at all or what type of problem I am dealing with. Then the interviewer said they will contact me tomorrow which came after 5 days. I was rejected by these words "your skills and interests don't aligned with the role."
