It was midwifed by a Recruitment agency. The actual interview was calm and interesting as the interviewers were respectful and asked the right questions required to identify a total employee i.e. an employee with technical and behavioural competencies.

Thorough, with 2 interviews and varying interview panels to give different perspectives - both for company and candidate. The process was handled quickly with good communication, and an offer was drafted after requesting candidates expectations.
