It was an interview for a summer internship. It starts with a standard online form. You are asked why you are interested in interning at Yari Labs and you are given the opportunity to share some personal projects and select what you would like to do between backend, frontend, project manager and, iirc, marketing. From the many dozens who submitted the form, a few dozens (maybe 30 from 70) were selected to an in person interview with the CEO. The interview was relaxed, it was not a technical interview. It starts with some discussion about what you have done in [if that's your case] college and your personal projects and interests. Then the objective of the internship was explained and how it would function. Finally, you are given the opportunity to make any question you want.
