There was a distinct lack of respect shown towards the candidates with frequent interruptions while answering to interview questions. Furthermore, the management's tardiness was quite concerning, the interview was scheduled to commence at 2 pm, but I was informed of a sudden rescheduling to 3 pm due to an unexpected urgent appointment upon my arrival at the office after waiting for 15 minutes. Subsequently, the interview did not commence until 3:30 pm, lasting until 3:50 pm.
